Terms of Service

Services

Palm Coast AI Solutions provides AI voice receptionist and automation services for businesses nationwide. Our services include on-site and remote audits, custom AI voice agent setup, call routing configuration, and ongoing optimization.

Service Limitations

Our AI voice receptionist is designed to handle routine business calls. It does not provide medical advice, legal counsel, or emergency services. For medical and dental practices, our AI handles intake and scheduling only — urgent medical situations are escalated with instructions to contact appropriate care.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, reviewing and approving AI scripts and routing rules, and maintaining appropriate human oversight of AI-handled calls. Clients must ensure their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Billing & Payment

Service packages are billed as agreed upon in your service agreement. Usage fees for call volume are billed separately based on actual usage. Payment terms and schedules are outlined in your individual service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Palm Coast AI Solutions is not liable for missed calls due to technical failures beyond our control, decisions made based on AI-provided information, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
